Improvement Programs

PHA Improvement Programs is a widely defined function of our homeowners association to address issues that need improvement or to develop and pursue opportunities that will enhance our neighborhood. Almost any idea is fair game for consideration! For example, we've had two successful projects. The first, in 2005, added street sign "toppers" for the sign posts that are at street intersections. These identify our neighborhood around the perimeter and at intersections within our boundaries.

The second was the sponsoring of a bench on the Preston Ridge Trail paved bike and hiking path behind Brentfield Elementary School (Primary Building). This 2007 installation was provided in honor of one of our past members, Larry Yocum.

We are continuously looking at ways to improve and enhance our entrances to demonstrate that Prestonwood is a special neighborhood. We welcome inputs, ideas and concerns that we can address to improve our neighborhood's appeal and value
